Returns Policy

 

The following information forms the terms and conditions of Express My Lingerie's Return and Exchange Policy.

Due to health regulations and for the protection of our customers, all sales are final on women’s and men’s underwear, sets including underwear, teddies, hosiery, pasties, wigs and adult products that are intended to be in contact with genitalia.

All sales are also final and no returns or exchanges accepted on clearance/sale or other reduced price items.

Please note that all returns MUST be in new, original condition with all intact packaging, tags and sanitary protection (if applicable).

If products are returned in a condition that differs from how they were received by the customer (this includes labels etc being removed) the product will be deemed non-returnable and either returned to the customer (the customer will be responsible for return postage charges) or destroyed on behalf of the customer.

Returned items must not be damaged or soiled in any way, including being exposed to personal lotions, moisturisers, perfumes, deodorants, fake tans, makeup etc.

These returns terms and conditions are in place to ensure all customers receive new items which have not been exposed to any other person in an intimate nature, therefore protecting the health rights of each individual.

If we believe a returned item does not adhere to these terms and conditions, we may at our own discretion refuse to accept the return.

Returns on orders that had qualified for free shipping:

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs or the cost to return an item to us. If an order received free shipping and  the order or part of an order is returned for a refund, and the balance of the order that is kept by you then adds up to less than $99, a $9.99 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Under no circumstances will we accept returns unless these terms and conditions have been met.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and include returns intended for refund or exchange.

If you believe you have received a faulty product, please send photo evidence via email – support@expressmylingerie.com.au so the item can be assessed by our faults team and you can be notified thereafter how we will proceed.

Our lingerie and associated accessories abide by government health and hygiene regulations to ensure each and every customer is receiving a brand new, never worn or used product; to protect the health rights of our customers.
